From
1921 to 1925, Rinchino Elbegdorj behaved like an all powerful
dictator of Mongolia, operating as the Comintern representative
as well as chairman of the Mongolian Revolutionary War Council
and one of the Party bosses. Exploiting differences and
dispatching slanderous letters to the Kremlin, he ruthlessly
decided the fate of Mongolian leaders Elbegdorj Rinchino
together with S.Danzan, chairman of the Central Committee of the
Party, played leading role in forcing Prime Minister Bodoo to
step down and Bodoo's arrest and ececution.
